Key Account & Customer Engagement Manager | Medior/Senior

At SpaceKnow, we have been involved in satellite data analysis for over 10 years. Our products and solutions enable transparent monitoring of global changes and estimation of developmental trends. We develop and provide the cloud-based platform SpaceKnow Guardian, which allows our customers to analyze satellite images from various providers using our proprietary AI algorithms. Currently, this platform is used by both commercial users from various industries and government agencies, primarily for monitoring and alerting global changes.

We are growing and strengthening our business team. We are currently opening the position of Key Account and Customer Engagement Manager for our expanding portfolio of clients worldwide.

Your primary task will be to act as the main point of contact for our customers from various industries, including clients from the Defense and Intelligence sectors. You will maintain long-term relationships, demonstrate the potential uses of our products, provide support during adaptation, and identify new needs. This role requires knowledge in the areas of remote sensing, GIS, and geospatial data. Additionally, you must be familiar with global security and international relations. We expect an initiative-driven and proactive approach, the ability to work in a team, multitask and be flexible, as well as the ability to creatively solve problems and communicate effectively.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Build and maintain long-term strategic advisory relationships with customers.
  • Provide support to potential clients during the trial/POC/delivery process of our products and services.
  • Identify new client needs and expectations as well as new market opportunities for our products and services.
  • Ensure onboarding and training of new customers.
  • Communicate customer needs internally – you will work across the Sales and R&D departments and participate in product development.

What we expect:

  • Proven experience and expertise in a similar role.
  • A university degree, at least at the bachelor’s level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is a must).
  • A mature, highly organized, and reliable personality.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the global security environment and international relations.
  • Professional level of English (C1).
  • Willingness to travel for business.

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience collaborating with armed forces personnel or intelligence analysts.
